Sonnet is a labyrinth of words, a meticulous filigree construction, bursting with colour and depth. In the Midnight Concert, 14 sonnets in iambic rhyme by Renaissance poets such as Francesco Petrarca, Michelangelo Buonarroti and William Shakespeare explore the eternal themes of love and romance, death, time and faith.
