"The synagogue in Zagare, its current critical condition and the heavenly sounds of J. S. Bach's music and Mindaugas Juodis' illuminated paintings "The Way" - with this event we want to draw attention to two completely opposite phenomena - man the creator and man the destroyer. By coming to the synagogue, listeners will be able to see what man has done to this house, and, with the passing of the light and the sound of divine music, to immerse themselves in a better world, where the altar-bearers and the listeners themselves become the creators of beauty and goodness. We hope that this will awaken and encourage people in the future to create and discover what is important, sensitive and meaningful for all of us" - Gleb Pyšniak and Dalia Dėdinskaitė, artistic directors of the Fetsival.
