On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Lithuania's accession to the European Union and NATO, the internationally renowned musicians Vilimas Norkūnas, an expert harpsichordist, and Julija Andersson, a violinist, present the concert series Vilnius at the Intersection of Eras.
In three concerts, the musicians will present exceptional musical programmes for violin and harpsichord, reflecting different eras, from the Baroque to the modern, and united by historical and cultural links to the city of Vilnius.On 19 September, the performers will embark on an exploration of Vilnius culture through the prism of Baroque music, performing works by T. Merula, A. Corelli, A. Subissati, J. S. Bach and others.
