It is not always easy to create a program of highly contrasting works spanning several centuries of music. Especially if the performers are four personalities with unmistakable characters and scope. These are the musical poet, the sensitive Daria Sannikova, the profound philosopher Mariia Kurhuzova, the real element of nature on the stage Yana Serbina and the funny showman Artem Tereshchenko. The program jointly created by four KPM laureates from Ukraine reveals their differences united by one common goal - to reach the dawn together, and with it a new day full of hope and light for their beloved country. Therefore, we invite you to support pianists who are striving for this goal by listening to their performances at the Paliesius Manor!
Klaipėda Piano Masters, the largest pianists' academy in the Baltic States, organizes recitals of its most talented pianists in Lithuania and Germany every year in order to present their creative ideas to the audience and test the knowledge acquired during the academy. For this concert in Paliesius Manor, four KPM discoveries from Ukraine gathered in recent years.
The summer academy in Klaipėda encourages young pianists to take a broader view of the intricacies of a musical career, not limited to just improving their piano playing. Among the topics studied at the academy are aspects of a long-term career such as effective time management, creating an image, searching for interesting programs and stage solutions, psychological preparation for the stage, healthy lifestyle. Founded in 2017 pianist Gintaras Januševičius according to an unprecedented program in the world, it attracts more and more pianists from all over the world every year. You can find out more about the academy on the page www.kpm.lt or on their Instagram and Facebook platforms.
