Event description
Everyday objects, utensils, unused things are reborn and take on a new meaning in the music of today's creators.
The new vocal music collective MELOS (Lithuania) and the ensemble VERTIXE SONORA (Spain) present a programme that reflects on our habits of consumption and the challenges that accompany them.
Every day we acquire and part with dozens and hundreds of objects, from a single bag or package to an old bicycle or a chair that is no longer in use.
Composers and performers invite you to extend or resurrect objects to help reduce the impact of consumerism.
