R. Schubert - Piano Trio No. 2 in E flat major, D929
Beloved by Lithuanian and foreign audiences, the ensemble of Lukas Geniuš, Dalia Dėdinskaitė and Gleb Pyšniak, who have been performing together for more than a year, will come together again during the magical Christmas time. The ensemble will give a one-hour concert exclusively to the audience of the Society, where they will present one of the most beautiful pieces of chamber music - F. Schubert's piano trio no. 2 in E major. This is one of F. Schubert's last major works, and the fantastic theme of the second part even became a kind of global hit - it sounded in many films and docudramas, and director Stanley Kubrick used it as the main theme music for his film "Barry Lyndon".
