Pianist and composer Vitalijs Neugasimov invites you to his solo concert. After graduating from the LMTA majoring in organ and piano, Vitalijus devoted many years to pedagogy - he taught at the "Liepaičių" choral singing school. At the same time, he delved into old music, was interested in jazz and progressive rock. For 12 years, he sang in the a cappella ensemble "Quorum" he founded, and also made arrangements and composed songs for well-known Lithuanian and foreign artists and groups. Vitaly's piano pieces have been published by ABRSM and OUP - they are performed by thousands of students all over the world. The performance on February 12 will be special, as Vitaly promises to dedicate it to his favorite genre - solo piano improvisation. Spontaneous compositions of various styles will please the listeners' ears. According to the creator, he himself practically never knows what will sound next - as if some invisible force broadcasts his musical thoughts, which flow through the pianist's hands. In this way, the whole concert becomes a kind of mystery, full of surprises and small miracles.
