Born in 1978 in Vilnius. After graduating from B. Dvarion's music school (A. Velička's piano class), he continued his studies at LMTA. In 2000, he received a bachelor's degree in organ (class of Prof. L. Digrios), and in 2004 he received a master's degree in piano (class of Prof. S. Okruško) and pedagogy (supervisor of thesis - Prof. L. Melnikas).
As a soloist, member of chamber ensembles and concertmaster, he participated in various concerts and festivals in Lithuania, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Belarus. Played with the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra (artistic director S. Sondeckis), Klaipeda Chamber Orchestra (artistic director M. Bačkus), St. Kristoforos chamber orchestra (artistic director D. Katkus), string quartet "Chordos" (artistic director R. Bliškevičius), chamber choirs "Brevis" and "Jauna muzika", state choir "Vilnius", men's choir "Aidas", mixed choir Belcanto" and other collectives. He collaborates with such well-known classical and popular music performers as Vytautas Juozapaitis, Artūras Dambrauskas, Laurynas Vakaris Lopas, Aidas and Dainius Puodžiukas, Merūnas Vitulskis, Jonas Sakalauskas, Liudas Mikalauskas, Vaida Genytė, Aistė Pilvelytė, Rūta Šciogolevaitė, Vladas Kovaliovas, Povilas Meškėla. , Jeronimas Milius, Irena Starošaitė, group "Fusedmarc" and others. Vitaly often appears in concerts as a performer of early music, collaborating with such specialists in this field as Robert Bliškevich, Nora Petrochenko, Andres Mustonen (Estonia), Dmitrij Sinkovskij (Russia).
From 1999 to 2012, he worked at the Vilnius choral singing school "Liepaitės", taught piano, ensemble singing and theoretical disciplines, and headed the jazz department. Vitaly's students study vocals, composition, sound direction in the best educational institutions in Lithuania, the Netherlands and Great Britain. Such well-known artists as Egidijus Sipavičius, Aistė Smilgevičiūtė, Dominykas Vaitiekūnas, Ieva Zasimauskaitė, Denis Zujev (Fusedmarc) and others consulted with Vitalijus on various musical issues. His students - Dainotas Varnas and Lukas Bartaška - are among the most promising performers of the young generation in Lithuania.
Vitaly performs a lot of concerts as a pianist, organist, harpsichordist. At the same time, he is engaged in solo singing, conducting, improvisation, composition, arrangement of works. His arrangements of popular works for the choir are successfully performed both in Lithuania and abroad. Since 2011, Vitalij Neugasimov has worked as a pedagogue, concertmaster and arranger in various TV projects "2 Minutes of Fame", "Chorus Wars", "Voice of Lithuania". His creative songs received high ratings in the "Vilnius Towers" and "Patriotinė dainas" contests (song co-author Andrius Jautakis).
In 2014, one of Vitaly's piano pieces was published in Great Britain by the ABRSM organization, which provides pieces for piano exams in 93 countries around the world.
Since 2016, Vitaly's piano pieces have been published by Oxford University Press (OUP).
V. Neugasimov is the initiator and/or artistic director of several successful musical projects, including male vocal ensemble "Quorum", "Pop music with wigs", chamber choir "Cantores Vilnensis" and others. For many years, Vitalijus cooperated with music producer Marium Matulevičius (Mario Kernn), who helped realize the most daring creative ideas in the recording studio.
