Tickets - 14 Eur. The year 2024 is very important for the whole of Lithuania, as it marks the 100th anniversary of the unique national cultural heritage phenomenon the Lithuanian Song Festival. One of the initiators and chief conductors of the first Lithuanian Song Festival was Juozas Naujalis. This personality did many meaningful works, which earned him the title of a prominent patriarch of Lithuanian music.

Symbolically, this concert of the Klaipėda Choir "Aukuras" will take place on the day of the composer's birthday, and will be devoted to the commemoration of his death anniversary. The concert will feature valuable and well-known sacred and secular choral music by J. Naujalis, written in Latin liturgical and Lithuanian texts by Maironis.
