Klaipeda Piano Masters (KPM), the largest piano academy in the Baltic States, organises recitals of the most talented pianists in Lithuania and Germany every year to present their creative ideas to the public and to test the knowledge acquired during the academy. The concert at Užutrakis Manor brings together three young Lithuanian talents who have been exposed at the KPM Academy in recent years.
The Academy, which operates in Klaipėda during the summer, encourages young pianists to take a broader look at the subtleties of their musical careers, and to go beyond the perfection of their piano playing. Among the topics addressed by the KPM are such aspects of a long-term career as effective time management, image building, searching for interesting programmes and stage solutions, psychological preparation for the stage, and healthy lifestyle. Founded in 2017 by pianist Gintaras Januševičius, the KPM, based on an unprecedented worldwide programme, attracts more and more pianists from all over the world every year. You can find out more about KPM at www.kpm.lt or on the Academy's instagram and facebook platforms.
