Future stars of the stage and the city's most enchanting orchestra, classical and popular music... And if we add to that the works of Massenet, Finzi, Chopin, Völinger and Althouse, pulsating with elegance and frantic rhythms, the expected premiere of the composer Giedre Pauliukevičiūtė and the inventive choir of the Kaunas Juozas Naujalis Music Gymnasium "Cantica". The result is a celebration of good music, which is different every year, but with the same name - "music LOVES". This programme is special not only because the Kaunas Wind Orchestra "Ąžuolynas" (chief conductor Giedrius Vaznys) is joined by young soloists. It is exceptional because for the seventh time the Kaunas State Philharmonic will hear works brought to the stage not only by the conductor Jonas Janulevičius, the authors of new arrangements and compositions, but also by the Kaunas Juozas Naujalis Choir Cantika, conducted by Rolandas Daugėla, the artistic director, and the regiment of teachers of young soloists. Thus, this programme is the best example of everyone bringing their ideas, knowledge and professional skills to the table, and the result is always like a birthday cake - welcome, delicious and, most importantly, a delight to the audience.
