I invite you to a breathing camp where together we will embark on a relaxing and healing journey into ourselves.
At the camp, we will have all the conditions to stop, calm down and re-energise!
Do you remember how good it feels to allow yourself to be yourself in a supportive and accepting community of like-minded people? We will create a space where everyone is safe and accepted.
Conscious Breathing will allow us to release physical and emotional tension, let go of what no longer serves us, make space for new experiences, and release a tremendous amount of energy. Through breathing, we will calm the nervous system, restore inner resources, and release creativity.
With the regular practice of mindful breathing that I will teach at the camp, you will eventually enjoy quality sleep, increased energy, and a fuller daily life. You will know how not to accumulate tension, how to concentrate better, how not to create problems. Of course, it will take patience, dedication and time.
You will have a rich programme and time for yourself:
After the camp, you will feel rested, relaxed, as if you have expanded your inner space. There is a good chance that you will have a clear sense of how you want to live your life. You will have the tools you need to use on a daily basis to experience less stress and more joy.
💎 The host of the camp is Agnė Zinkevičiūtė, a charismatic mindful breathing and coaching specialist, author of self-development programmes.
I learned conscious breathing from the world's most famous teacher, one of the pioneers of conscious breathing, Dan Brule, and also graduated from Dalia Beata Kasmauskaite's Breath Therapy School. Conscious Breathing helped me to release a huge amount of tension in my own body, which resulted in a huge improvement in my health and thus in my quality of life. I share my experience during trainings, camps and conferences. Since 2014 I have been leading group and individual breathing sessions and camps. I also work with work teams. About the camp:
The camp will take place in the homestead "Gervių pieva", Ukmergė district.
The camp will start on 10 May. 6:30 p.m.
End of the camp on May 12, 4:00 p.m.
Number of participants up to 12.
The price of the camp is 329 EUR.
The price includes the camp programme, accommodation, vegetarian meals, sauna.
You will reserve your place by paying a deposit of 79 EUR, which is non-refundable in the case of 7 days or less until the camp. The rest of the money will be paid in cash on arrival.

💎 Already on the first evening of the camp, the openness of the women was surprising. My own battered body and soul warmed up. In an environment created by candles and flowers, the body relaxed and sank into conscious breathing. And here was something that my body was not expecting. The first experiences made me realise that something as simple as breathing makes the body relaxed and the soul light. The next day dawned with more confidence, not only in the new women I met, but also in my breath. Spending time breathing, chatting happily at the lunch table, laughing to tears over delicious desserts, relaxed me so much that I don't remember how I came home.
