In the exhibition "Vox Dei" (Voice of God), Nerijus Erminas will present his latest works - objects and sculptural installations that analyse the themes of the sacred and the secular. Eternal and universally relevant themes, which have been discussed since time immemorial in various spheres - religions, philosophical treatises, literature, etc. - are expressed in this exhibition through architectural aspects. The sacred is created through material means, showing the human effort to create God's home on earth in a decorative way and to experience spiritual elevation. The heavenly is juxtaposed with the domestic, which is revealed through deconstructed attributes of everyday life, conveying the associative details of life that allow a sense of contentment on earth. The artist's installations visually illustrate the relationship between the divine and the mundane, the constant balancing act between the temporary state and the anticipated eternity. But even in a private, relaxing environment, you feel constantly watched by something invisible and supernatural. In the exhibition, Nerijus Erminas creates an atmosphere in which the viewer can immerse himself in philosophical reflections that have never lost their relevance, experiencing them in a contemporary context.
