This is the first appeal in the "Theatre in a Basket" to Polish dramaturgy. The work was born out of the need to open Tadeusz Ružević's work more widely to himself and to the Ukrainian audience. Who is she, this whimsical Old Woman, stuck at the crossroads of the world and history, hovering between heaven and earth, madness and unconsciousness, poetry and prose? In Ruževičius's time, it was about the absurdity of the world, today it is about its hybridity.
