In order to increase the availability of professional art in the regions, in 2023 the festival "MIZANScena" will be organized in Šeduva for the 10th time. At first, the festival was dominated by performances of amateur theaters, later the festival turned into an international festival of small-space professional theaters.
This festival is the only international festival of professional theaters in the Šiauliai region. Due to the high level of excellence of the actors, it won the appreciation of not only the local audience, but also the Šiauliai and Panevėžys regions.
In order to grow the audience of theater spectators from an early age and to attract spectators of various ages to the festival, the festival program includes a wide range of genres: drama, synthesis of music and modern dance, shadow technique, puppet theater, biographical outline.
