The institution is committed to the promotion of professional art, with a special focus on professional fine art.Field of activityArt: "Laiptų Galerija" remains faithful to the tradition of fine art, focusing on the middle generation of artists and giving special attention to the work of artists from the diaspora. The institution has organised numerous exhibitions showcasing Lithuanian artists living and working both in Lithuania and abroad.Literature and Music: In addition to its exhibition activities, "Laiptų Galerija" is also actively involved in the fields of literature and music, organising around 30 chamber music concerts and around 15 literary evenings each year. The concerts feature the best Lithuanian artists as well as guests from abroad.Exclusive EventsŽibuntas Mikšys' 100th Anniversary Year: 2023, the centenary year of Žibuntas Mikšys, the "Laiptų Galerija" will launch the occasion with an exclusive retrospective exhibition, which will culminate in the opening of a major exhibition at the National Gallery of Art in Vilnius. Ž.
