The table is a simple piece of furniture that can be found in every home, a sacred place for home rituals. The table is eaten, communicated, created, and inevitably involved in small household and important symbolic events.
"Table Theater" is an object theater. The content of this theater conveys the content of our daily items that surround us today or used in ancient times.
Founded in 2004, a unique "Table Theater" of Things and Objects was established, consistently creating interesting, high artistic performances for many years and performing various educational activities or programs for children, youth and adults. It has not only been closed on the table "Table Theater", has won a number of awards, including prestigious Golden Stage Crosses.
The geography of the Table Theater tour is wide: the most important Lithuanian theater festivals, district cultural centers and libraries, schools, as well as a number of foreign countries like South Korea, Canada, China, Israel, many European countries and Ukraine, of course.
Theater repertoire is almost 15 performances from 27 years created in the 18 years of theater, as well as various creative workshops and educational activities for children and young people, theatrical stories with various objects according to Lithuanian, different countries and original tales. Theater often conducts activities for children and young people with special needs.
