The gallery is located in the premises of the Culture Centre of Utena. It hosts contemporary art, photography, anniversary and solo exhibitions of artists from the Utena region, annual exhibitions of works by artists from Utena, concerts and creative evenings. The gallery aims to introduce the people of the city of Utena and the district to the work of famous Lithuanian artists and photographers, to present the latest works of Utena artists, and to showcase the work of young artists. Attention is paid to the promotion of initiatives of artists from Utena.
