Visitors to the exhibitions will be able to learn about the history of the Zarasai region's struggles for freedom and exile, as well as the life and work of the artist Yehudas Penas, who was born in Zarasai (formerly Novoaleksandrovsk), the emigrant artist Mika Šileikis, and the photographer Moisejs Botvinnik, who lived here.
