Born on 5 January 1987 in Šilutė. In 2006 he graduated from Šilutė Vydūnas Gymnasium, and from 2006 to 2012 he studied acting at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (specialization - puppeteer; bachelor's course supervisors - A. Latėnas and G. Storpirštis, master's course supervisor - A. Mikutis). I. Precas has been working as an actor in Vilnius Puppet since 2010.
