Born on March 1, 1937 in Grimzle, Kelme district.1952-1957 studied at Kaunas Applied Art Technical School. 1957-1963 studied at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of Vilnius Art Institute. 1969-1978 artistic editor of Mintis publishing house. Since 1978 creative worker, collaborator of publishing houses, editorial offices, galleries. Since 1970 member of the Lithuanian Union of Photographers.
