Asprilio Pacelli was an Italian composer and organist, born in 1570. He spent a lot of time working as an organist on the Roman noble cruise ships, and also worked with individuals such as Girolamu Frescobaldi at S. Maria Maggiore. Pacelli was also widely published during his lifetime and his works were praised as highly elegant and practical.
