Edita Biliūtė was born in Kaunas in 1986. She began her career as a soloist in concerts in 2009 and participated in many concerts with the Alytus Music School Youth Symphony Orchestra "Svajonė". Edita earned a bachelor's degree in music and a teacher qualification while studying general music didactics at Vytautas Magnus University's Music Academy in 2013. She continued her studies in performance art (concert genre singing) and earned a master's degree in 2015.
In that same year, Edita performed as a soloist at the 14th international Dainavos classical music festival. In 2018, she participated in the international "Belvedere" competition and also attended master classes at the International Rhodope Summer Music Academy in Bulgaria with Professor Dr. Alexander Mayr from Austria.
In 2020, Edita participated in "Omega Music Management" agency's master classes and remotely attended Berlin opera programs, such as "The Unity of the Instrument: Physical, Vocal, and Mental Compatibility" and "A Professional Audition Package for the Global Market". Edita has performed in Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria, France, Great Britain, and Cyprus.
Since 2021, due to the pandemic, the soloist performs remotely with concertmaster Lina Dužinskaitė.
