He graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater majoring in jazz vocals, as well as music pedagogy.
He has been singing since childhood. He sang with the jazz girls' vocal group "Jazz Island", a jazz collective performing a cappella music of various genres (leader Artūras Novikas, Lithuanian Children and Youth Center). His most important achievements as a young singer came with "Jazz Island" (e.g. at one of the most important jazz festivals "Montreux Jazz" Off Scene, other international festivals and competitions).
He had created the group "Face Time", sang various songs - from jazz to pop music. Together with Lithuanian-American businesswoman Lidija Rasutis, who at that time studied singing with A. Novikas, participated in the LTV television musical project "Challenge to the Stars. Top ten Lithuanian songs", where the duo took 3rd place and was awarded a prize of 10 thousand litas. This was followed by invitations to other TV shows (Dainoju Lietuva, etc.), some of which Jurgis hosted himself (e.g. "Dainų dainelė 2008"). Participant of the music video competition "KlipVid" organized by LRT. Host of the "Lithuanian School Awards 2017" event. For a long time he was a performer of covers of songs by famous foreign artists, later he decided to go his own way. in 2017 presented his first album "175" at a concert in May.
in 2018 participated in the national "Eurovision" selection. The performer presented the song "4 Love" (co-authors: colleague Tomas Dičiūnas, young generation composers Edgaras Žaltauskas and Kasparas Meginis). With this song, he took 2nd place in the finals (1st place - according to the selection commission's vote), receiving 5382 votes from the audience and 71 points from the commission in the final selection.
in 2019 also took part in the national Eurovision selection, where he reached the final.
Served as a volunteer in the Lithuanian army, specialist sergeant. Performs with the National Defense Volunteer Force (KASP) big band. He sings jazz and popular music, participates in festive concerts.
