Jurgita Kazakevičiūtė was born in 1975. June 3 in Utena. Graduated from children's music school (teacher R. Veličkienė), 1991-1995. He studied at the J. Gruodis Conservatory in Kaunas in the piano class of teacher A. Andruskevičius. in 1995 entered the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, majoring in organ and piano (teachers - A.Telksnytė, R.Ibelhauptienė, B.Vaitkus, doc. V.Survilaitė). in 2002 completed organ master's studies. 2001-2003 studied at Mozarteum University of Salzburg (Austria) (in the organ classes of Prof. H.Metzger and Prof. H.Miki in the piano classes). in 2003 J. Kazakevičiūtė entered the LMTA organ art postgraduate course, which she graduated in 2005. (doc. V.Survilaitė's class). Participated in master courses in Austria, Spain, Italy, Lithuania. During her studies, J. Kazakevičiūtė started active concert activities. As a soloist and with various ensembles, she played the organ in the churches of Lithuania, Austria, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, France, participated in the festivals "Druskininkai vasara with M.K. Čiurlionius", "Vargonů summer", "Gaužia istoriniai vorgonai", Aukštaitija organ music festival, etc. . J. Kazakevičiūtė participated in organ competitions in Germany, France, Switzerland and Lithuania. in 2004 she became the laureate of the 1st prize of the 1st J. Naujalis organist competition. in 2007 in September, in Vilnius, she won the 1st prize at the international M.K. Čiurlionis organ competition. J. Kazakevičiūtė worked as an organist at St. Vitali's church (she played in the mass that was broadcast live by Austrian radio), in the church of Blessed J. Matulaitis in Vilnius (she played during the mass, led the children's choir), in Vilnius St. John's Church. Currently, she teaches organ and general piano at the M.K. Čiurlionis School of Arts. Since 2017 J. Kazakevičiūtė is a member of the Board of the National Association of Organists
