In 1981 he graduated from the Klaipėda State Conservatoire (now KU Faculty of Arts), where he studied cultural-educational work and directing. He has acted in almost all the performances of the puppet theatre "KŪ-KŪ" (now Klaipėda Puppet Theatre) since the theatre was founded. Since 2000 - leading actor of Klaipėda Puppet Theatre. In 1998, he won the best actor-puppeteer diplomas at the International Festival of Theatres for Children and Youth "Banaanikala" in Tallinn (Estonia), with the performance "Holidays at Uncle Tito's", and in 2006, at the International Puppet Theatre Festival-Competition "Aitvaras" in Alytus, with the performance "Giraffe with Socks". 2005 - 2009 - taught puppet theatre to puppet theatre directors at Klaipėda University. In 2007 he was awarded the Klaipėda City Mask of Appreciation for his contribution to the puppet theatre scene and his roles in the Klaipėda Puppet Theatre. In 2011 he founded and works in the puppet theatre "Lino lėlės". Since 2004 member of the Lithuanian National UNIMA Centre.
