In 1991, together with Arnas Klivečka and Rimas Šapauskas, he organised discotheques at the Dainava restaurant in the capital's city centre, thus getting involved in weekend entertainment activities. After giving up swimming, he started to seriously pursue show business. He was a long-time manager of the band SEL, and worked with Egidijus Dragūnas for 17 years. Since 1993 he has been working with the country's most famous performers. He is the manager of the House of Music. He was the manager and producer of such bands as RSA, Lemon Joy, Exem, Pagalvėlės, Desperado. Manager of singer Donatas Montvydas. For more than 20 years he has managed well-known nightclubs and bars, he was the director of the Connect nightclub, the Grasas restaurant, the Klaipėda nightclub Dada and the Disco Gallery, among others. Director of the music and cocktail club and bar "L'Amour" in Vilnius.
