was an Estonian sculptor.He received his special education in two educational institutions, graduating in 1943 as an applied sculptor from the State School of Art and Industry, and in 1948 he graduated from the Tallinn State Institute of Applied Arts (TRTKI) majoring in monumental and decorative sculpture. An important part of his work was made up of monuments and memorials, as well as tombstones for well-known cultural figures.
