1984-1988 studied at Anykščiai Jonas Biliūnas Secondary School, 1988-1995 graduated from Anykščiai Antanas Baranauskas Secondary School. From 1999 to the present day, L. Uzdraitė has been living, working and creating in Vilnius, and since 2020, she has been spending part of her creative time in Anykščiai.
In 2000-2006, she studied at the Department of Graphics of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Vilnius Academy of Arts, where she studied book art under Professor Alfonsas Žvilas, and obtained a Master of Arts degree.
In 2004-2005 L. Uzdraitė worked as a designer at the Russian Gallery, in 2006-2007 she was a designer at the company Alinarta, in 2007-2008 - as a layout designer for the newspaper Dialogas, in 2008-2009 - as a layout designer for the private limited company Vaistų žinios. In 2009, she was the art editor of the publishing house "Šviesa" for half a year.
In 2012-2019, L. Uzdraitė worked at the Lithuanian Art Museum, a branch of the Lithuanian Museums Information, Digitisation and LIMIS Centre. In 2012-2014 she was a digitizer-designer at the Centre, in 2014-2016 she worked as the Head of the Department of Information, Publishing and Public Relations, and in 2016-2019 - again as a digitizer-designer.
From 2019 to the present she has been working at the Publishing Department of the Lithuanian National Museum of Art as an art editor-designer.
Since 2006, she has been a freelance artist of books, creating works in small graphics. In 2005-2006, she created a cycle of illustrations for Antanas Baranauskas' "Anykščių šilelis" (published in 2015), and in 2011 - a cycle of linen engravings based on the works of Jonas Biliūnas.
A new exhibition of the hood of the Barn of A. Baranauskas has been created based on the graphic art works of Uzdraitė, and the educational animated film "The Tale of the Barn" has been prepared and screened in the museum.
