After graduating from the Išlandžiai Primary School, he spent two more years studying independently. In 1938, he moved to Marijampolė and lived there all his life. From childhood, his soul was drawn to art. At various times in his life, he tried his hand at watercolours and wood carving, but painting was always closest to his heart. Since 1970, he has actively participated in exhibitions not only in Marijampolė, but also in Vilnius, Moscow, Poland and Germany. The folk artist's legacy is quite rich - over 500 paintings and several wood sculptures. Many of his works have been acquired by the Lithuanian Art Museum and the M. K. Čiurlionis Art Museum in Kaunas. The fonds of the Marijampolė Museum of Regional History contain 186 works by Krivicko. Of these, 155 paintings were bequeathed by the author's will. He was buried in the Old Cemetery in Marijampolė.
