From 2003 to 2008 - vocalist, guitarist and main songwriter of Gravel. He hosted the youth current affairs talk show "MTV Oops..." on MTV Lietuva. He released two albums with the band. "Gravel split up in April 2008[1] The band's last album was given away for free to readers of the news portal Delfi. Since 2008, several announcements have been made about the release of Sinicki's solo album.

On 2 October 2015, Sinicki's debut album "Mylimas vyras ir sūnus" (Mylimas muž ir sūnus) was released.
In 2017, he released a five-song album "Vilnius".
On 28 January 2022, he hosted the M.A.M.A. 2021 Awards with Justė Arlauskaitė-Jazzu
