Artistic education. 1985 graduated from Šiauliai Art School. Since 1987 studied at Kaunas Higher School of Arts, graduating in 1990 with a diploma in artistic design, speciality in mural painting. 1990–1998 studied at Šiauliai University Faculty of Arts, acquiring Master‘s Degree in the Humanities (art criticism, painting, academic adviser prof. Vincentas Gečas).
Teaching. 1997–2011 worked as teacher at Šiauliai University Faculty of Arts, Drawing Department. Since 2006 works as teacher of art subjects at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. 2015-2022 – at Kazimieras Simonavičius University. In 2016 was awarded the pedagogical title of Associate Professor in Arts. In 2016 and 2019 has lead art workshops at University of Coimbra and ESMAD P. Porto (Portugal), Leuvarden University of Applied Arts (the Netherlands), UNIWA (Greece), University of Franche-Comté (France), UJEP (Czech Republic), University of A Coruña (Spain).
Memberships. Since 1999 Member of Lithuanian Artists’Association (LAA). 2016-2020 Member of LAA Painters’ Board. Since 2017 Member of LATGA (Lithuania). Since 2020 Member of the Council of LAA. Since 2022 Member of Paris Taylor Foundation, Artists’Association (France).

In 2006 published students’ handbook Relief Textures; Co-author, compiler and designer of students’ handbook Laws of Composition in Forms of Nature (published 2011); Art Director for Kensaku Shioya (Japan) photo album See through Chrysalis (published 2011); In 2020 published art album Meda Norbutaitė compiled by the culturologist and art critic Prof. Dr. Habit. Antanas Andrijauskas; Co-author of 2021 published book Fashion Phenomenon. Fashion in a creative society (article Art Contexts in the Fashion Industry); In 2022 published catalog of cycle Clownery; etc.
