Graduated from the Lithuanian Art Institute. Since 1983 she has been a member of the Lithuanian Artists' Union.

She has created drawings, miniatures, and ex-libris (linocuts), cycles "The Journey" (1983), "In the Land of the Travelling Lakes" (1986), "The Land" (1987), and "The Whites" (1992.

The works are metaphorical, sparingly decorated, with laconic, abstracted means of expression, dominated by religious, Lithuanian mythological and folk art motifs
