Born and raised in Kaunas. In 1995 she graduated from Kaunas "Saulės" gymnasium. Studied computer science at Kaunas University of Technology. Graduated from Vilnius University, where he studied journalism at the Institute of Journalism, and studied diplomacy at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science.

In 1996 he worked at the radio station M-1, and did an internship at "Kauno Dienas". In 1997, he started working as a news reporter at LNK TV, and in 1998 he started working on the programme "Savaitės panorama". In July 2001, he was appointed Editor-in-Chief of the LNK Information Broadcasting Group, and soon became Director of the LNK Information Broadcasting Group. In 2004, he joined the media group of Lietuvos rytas. He worked as a producer and editor-in-chief at the company "Spaudos televizija". In 2005, he started presenting programmes on Lithuanian television. In 2002, while working as a presenter and head of the news service of the programme "Freedom of Speech" (LNK), he visited the White House, where he met and talked to US President George W. Bush.

2007-2010, together with the Lietuvos ryto group, he owned and managed the production company Media Team.

Since 2013, together with producer Laurynas Šeškus, he has been managing production companies MEDIA 3 and Nord Play, which produce TV projects for Lithuanian and foreign TV stations, including National Expedition, Colours of Life, The Unknown Mayor, Ypatingas būrys, etc.

2013-2018 Host of the LRT TV show "Dėmesio centrs". Since 2018.

Since 2000, he has hosted all the most important political debates as well as the debates of the Seimas and Presidential elections on various national television channels.
