Biography
Lithuanian sculptor.
Graduated from Vilnius Academy of Arts in 1994, student of G. Jokūbonis. Since 1994 he has been working at the Contemporary Art Centre in Vilnius. Since 1997 member of the group "DDD".
Creates sculptures ("Mammoth" 1994, "Children's Literature for Adults" 1997, "Victory" 2004), video art ("Spirit of the Kevale" 2001), installations ("Forest Music" 1999), puppets for theatre, organizes artistic actions ("DDD Workshop" 1998), street art festivals in Telšiai ("Street Art Project" 1997), and has been a member of the "DDD" group for the last two years, "Skelbimai" in 1998, "About Culture" in 1999, "Signs in the City" in 2000).
Participates in exhibitions since 1990 Individual exhibitions in Vilnius in 1994 and 1999, collective exhibitions in 1997 on the ferry Helsinki-Stockholm, in 2004 in The Hague, etc.
