in 2002 graduated from Klaipėda University's Faculty of Humanities under the Lithuanian philology and directing study program, obtained a bachelor's degree in philology and a professional qualification as a teacher and school theater director. From 2021 LMTA is studying for a master's degree in theater arts. The manager believes that the theater is a unique opportunity to get to know oneself and others, to reveal the multi-colored human nature, thereby developing empathy, community and creativity.
