Art critic, Doctor of Humanities, director of the Vilnius Picture Gallery of the Lithuanian National Art Museum, lecturer at the Vilnius Academy of Arts.in 2009 He majored in art studies at the Vilnius Academy of Arts. in 2012 he also completed his master's studies there. in 2019 He defended his thesis "Western European art in Lithuanian collections in the 19th century and Count Vladislovas Tiškevičius" at the Lithuanian Cultural Research Institute (supervisor Dr. Laima Laučkaitė-Surgailienė). The dissertation became the winner of the "Best Dissertation 2019" competition. 2016 - 2021 worked as an art researcher at Kazios Varnelis' house-museum, from 2021 works as the director of the Vilnius Picture Gallery, curates exhibitions dedicated to old art. He teaches "History of Art Collections" and "History of Western European and Lithuanian Costume" at the Vilnius Academy of Arts.
