ALA BENDORAITIENĖ studied at the J. Naujalis School of Arts with renowned pianists EVĄ BEN ZVI and BIRUTĘ STROLIENĘ, who is highly regarded in Lithuania. She also studied at LMTA with prof. STASAS VAINIŪNAS, prof. MŪZA RUBACKYTĖ, and completed an internship with prof. EUGENIJUS PAULAUSKAS. She also trained with prof. BARBARA HESSE-BUKOWSKA. As a soloist and concertmaster, she performed in over 500 concerts in Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, France, Poland, Austria, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Serbia, the Netherlands, England, China, and Costa Rica with various chamber ensembles. She also played solo piano with the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, Kaunas Chamber Orchestra, and Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra. She performed with many well-known artists and participated in 11 international competitions as a concertmaster.
In addition, she leads masterclasses and lectures in Lithuania, Russia, France, China, and Costa Rica. She was awarded the LIETUVA-KOSTA RICA Cultural Ambassador diploma for her long-term creative collaboration. She also writes articles in magazines and has written a methodological work. Currently, she is a methodologist and expert concertmaster. She has a Diba from LMTA and the National M.K.Čiurlionis Art Museum.
