he completed classical guitar studies in Lithuania and Belarus, in 2000 he won first place in an international guitar competition in Italy.
As an active promoter of the classical guitar, he has prepared educational programs for children and youth, participated in Lithuanian television and radio programs, and made stock recordings on Lithuanian radio. He is currently the president of the "Motus Recto" association. Now popularizes the classical guitar through music and organizational activities. He is the founder and artistic director of the international S. Šilinskas classical guitar competition.
Cultivator of contemporary music for classical guitar, participant of festivals "Gaida", "Jauna muzika" and others. Has performed the premiere of works by O. Balakauskas, O. Narbutaitė, G. Kuprevičius. He is a frequent guest in Lithuanian and European concert halls.
Frequent participant in chamber music. He has played with many Lithuanian artists - St. Christopher's Orchestra, M.K. Čiurlionis String Quartet, "Vilnius Arsenalas" ensemble. He performed with singer G. Skäryta (ensemble "Primaduo"), singers A. Krikščiūnaita and E. Prudkauskas.
