contemporary dance choreographer, actor, director, writer. Graduated from Vilnius University in 1997 with a Master's degree in Biology. During his studies he became interested in theatre and joined the Courtyard Theatre of Vilnius University, performing in various productions. In 1997 he worked at the Witches Theatre. In 1998 he went to study at the International School of Physical-Visual Theatre in Stege (Denmark), where he received a diploma in physical-visual theatre. In 1999 he founded the company Fabrikas Nr 6 and started to create various dance projects. Since 1999 he has been working as a director, choreographer and actor at Vilnius University Courtyard Theatre. In 2005 he graduated from the Master's degree in Theatre Education. Participated in various courses and seminars. He was one of the organisers of the festivals Hercules and Off. He created the mono-performance "The Divine Plough", the physical-visual interpretation of H.K.Andersen's "The Ugly Duckling" "The Ugly One", directed and choreographed the performances "The Beginning of a Great Day", "The Slip", "I love you all very much. Ignaz". He choreographed the dance performance "Skenduoliai", the rock opera "Jūratė ir Kastytis". In 1997, he made his debut in the literary press - the short story "Days as Nights" was published in the "Metų" magazine. He has published texts in "Literatura ir mene", "Metų".
