The musician has played in the groups "Bildukai", "Nuogi ant slenskščio", "Kadencija", "Oktava", participated in many European jazz festivals with various groups and solo performances, represented Lithuania in various events (at the world exhibition "Expo-2005" in Japan, "Expo -2008" in Zaragoza, the international music fair "Midem" in Cannes, the international book fair in Turin, etc.). The percussionist has released the albums "Dixielands", "Credo", "Birštonas'82", "Conspiracy: soviet Jazz", "Praise the Lord", "Gyvybės medis", and has recorded several albums with other musicians or groups. A. Joffė has been awarded for the popularization of Lithuanian jazz, as well as many other awards.
