Audra Telksnytė studied piano at the M.K.Čiurlionis School of Arts (teachers E.Miklaševskaja and L.Drąsutienė).In 1985 she graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, where she attended the classes of Prof. V.Vitaitė and Prof. L.Digris in 1987. She attended organ masterclasses in the Czech Republic, Latvia, Germany, Sweden, and participated in masterclasses of renowned European organ professors L.Lohmann, D.Titterington, L.Rogg, L.Ghielmi and others. In 1988 A.Telksnytė became a laureate of the International Organ Competition in Kiev (Ukraine). The organist collaborates with Lithuanian soloists (J.Gedmintaite, S.Jančaite, V.Pigagaite, S.Šeryte, G.Zeicaite, etc.), the Baroque Duo, the choirs Jauna muzika, Liepos, Schola Gregoriana Vilnensis and others, and participates in festivals. In 2007 A.Telksnytė was a member of the jury of the J.S.Bach Competition for Young Pianists in Vilnius, in 2008 and 2010 she was a member of the jury of the Jonas Žukas Competition for Young Organists in Marijampolė. She teaches piano and organ at the B.Dvarionas Ten-Year Music School in Vilnius. Since 2017 she has been a member of the National Association of Organists, and since 2020 she has been the treasurer of the NVA. In 2019 she participated in the recording of the CD "Juozas Naujalis. Works for organ"
