In 2016 he graduated from the Juozas Tallat-Kelpša Conservatoire in Vilnius. The young composer recalls that she was encouraged to take part in the competition by her composition teacher at the time, Prof. Teisutis Makačinas. "This competition, the participation in it and winning it, made me believe in my chosen creative path and convinced me that I can continue to pursue my dream of becoming a composer," says Beata. She did just that, studying and graduating in 2020 with a degree in composition from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre.
Beata has felt an inexplicable attraction to creativity since childhood - not just to music, but to music in particular. "I enrolled in choral conducting at the Conservatoire and found out that there was a specialisation in composition-music theory. I felt a great desire to go there. In 10th grade I started attending a mobile composition group and T. Makacinas started encouraging me to take my creative work seriously, so I ended up changing my major after a year and was very happy doing what I had wanted to do all my life - to compose."
As a composer, Beata is actively involved in the concert life of contemporary music. Her music can be heard in various projects and festivals such as Druskomanija, GED42, Art of metal and others. In 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, the composer was a laureate of the Vox Juventutis competition, and in 2019 she won the second prize in the Musica Sacra Nova international competition for choir. The Lithuanian Composers' Union has published the composer's works. Beata is also the vocalist, keyboardist and songwriter of the gothic metal band Deliriance. In 2020, the composer founded the contemporary music ensemble Fluorescence.
