Born and raised in France, she was introduced to movement at the age of seven, through Basque folk dance. Her passion for improving movement and performing in front of an audience led Couchot to study at the Codarts Dance Academy in Rotterdam. In 2017, Couchot became interested in choreography and created his first solo work "Mutiko ala Neska", which was a success in competitions and toured to various international festivals, Germany, Brazil, etc.
After joining TanzMainz, Couchot worked with choreographers such as Roy Assaf and Victor Quijada. However, in 2019 he chose the path of freelance dancer and is currently touring with Kor'Sia's performances, while also creating different works throughout Europe.
