A. Laučka,
L. Laučkaitė's sister. 1977-78 studied at Vilnius University (English philology), 1982 graduated from the Lithuanian Art Institute (ceramics); Licentiate of Arts (2008). 1982-96 worked at the Vilnius
Dailės Kombinat. 2001 taught at the University of Akron, 2002 interned at the Philadelphia Ceramics Center, 2007 and 2009 at the International Ceramics Studio in Kecskemét. Since 2009 he has been teaching at the Vilnius Academy of Arts.
