Danguolė Lingytė – classical guitarist from Vilnius, Lithuania. She is an active member of the current European classical guitar stage: recording new works written by award-winning contemporary composers, working with perspective young classical guitarists, performing and giving workshops internationally. She has been performing in the Netherlands, Ukraine, Lithuania, the UK, Germany, Spain, Poland, Turkey, Italy, Singapore, Canada and Thailand. For her achievements in music Danguolė has been nominated with Letter of Gratitude by Mayor of Vilnius Remigijus Šimašius.
Danguole supports classical guitar activities from traditionally approached solo performances to interdisciplinary projects and festivals across Europe. She actively influences and co-creates multicultural musical experiences collaborating with on-peak classical guitarists, composers, artists and luthiers. She is the European Ambassador to Gregory Peck Luthiery "Rordan Guitars" Australia.
Danguolė performs on Youri Soroka (France) and Frans de Lepeleere (Belgium) guitars with
D'addario XT strings.
Danguole Lingyte has completed her studies in following institutions (see below) and currently successfully runs her own Guitar Class in Vilnius, Lithuania.
