Deimantė Karpušenkovienė is a ballet teacher. She studied at the J. Naujalis Music School, graduated from the M.K. Čiurlionis School of Arts, and qualified as a ballet artist. Karpušenkovienė works at the Ballet Department of the M.K. Čiurlionis School of Arts. She also teaches at the Eglė Špokaitė Ballet School.
Karpušenkovienė has adapted ballet classes. She has also worked as an assistant to the ballet mistress. Her students took part in the LTBA (Lithuanian Theatre and Ballet Academy) ballet class. Her former pupil Milda Luckutė received a diploma from the Royal Ballet School in 2023 with the title of best graduate. Karpushenkoviene also trained as an artist with the Klaipėda Ballet Company.
