We are born creative and taught to be uncreative... Even as a child, it was more interesting to watch "Goodnight Children" on TV than "Goodnight Children", but it was the plays and shows with actors of the time that caught our attention. Now many of the beloved favourites have passed away, but their charm remains to this day. I can see how time has changed them, but the work they have done is still a joy. Since then, I have never lost the idea of looking through the keyhole into the theatre's "kitchen". To find out how a performance is "born". This long cherished dream would have remained just a dream for some time if not for the announcement "From the Auditorium to the Stage", which appeared in the cultural centre of Utena, inviting people to take part in the project led by theatre director Šarūnas Kunickas. I was not curious to open the door, where the classes were enchanting and rewarding, but it was not long before after one of the classes the director offered me the chance to play in the Lithuanian amateur adult theatre "Atspindžiai" (Reflections) competition in the play "Tamsos švyturys" (Darkness Lighthouse). You have no idea what was going on in my soul then. There was joy, fear, responsibility, and the hope of stepping on stage for the first time, but it's a normal state of mind when a different wind blows. So one foot in the door, but it was not easy. The professionalism of the director allowed me to perceive the world in a different way, thanks to which my name appeared on several posters. I felt infinitely happy, like discovering a new planet with untold treasures, untried trials, etc. When circumstances changed, the whole company decided to found the Utena Chamber Theatre. Many things have changed, but every opportunity to be an instrument of the theatre's "orchestra" works wonders. Every day I became a better person, sharing good emotions, looking for new colours and shades, seeing the delighted faces of the audience. This is LIFE!
