Dovilė Bagdonaitė obtained the degree of Licentiate of Arts from Prof. Veronika Vitaitė and Assoc. in the class of Daumantas Kirilauskas, studied at the Hannover Music Academy in the class of Prof. Beatrice Berthold and graduated from the Detmold High School of Music, Germany) - Konzertexamen soloist studies with Prof. In Alfred Perl's class. A long-time piano teacher and concertmaster at the Bronius Jonuš School of Music, and a teacher and concertmaster at the Detmold High School of Music and Theater. Dovilė Bagdonaitė is a laureate of international competitions in Lithuania and abroad. He participated in the master courses of many famous professors. The pianist has accumulated a solid repertoire of works from various eras. Participated in recordings on Lithuanian National Radio and Television, WDR in Kiel. The first in Lithuania to present Clara Schumann's piano work to the cultural community. In Lithuania and abroad, he collaborated with famous soloists and collectives, including Vladas Bagdonas, Lauryna Bendžiūnaitė, Stein Skjervold, Max Sommerhalder, Miroslav Petkov, Steven Mead, Frederic Belli, Domenique Bodart, etc. The pianist regularly organizes chamber music programs with various soloists, and especially enjoys playing with wind instruments. Works at international competitions and master courses, performs at various festivals, participates in international projects.
