Dovilė Šarutytė - 2009 graduated from film and television directing studies at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater. One of the director's first works "I know you" (2009) was recognized as the best short film at the Lithuanian Film and Television Awards "Silver Crane". Also, this film was awarded the main festival prize at the student film festival "Young Cinema Art 2010" in Poland. in 2011 Šarutytė won the second "Silver Crane" statuette for the film "Nesiseka today" (2010). Both these films and the 2016 an episode from a woman's life "8 minutes" will be shown in "Kino Pasavari". Dovilė's debut "Ilgo metro film about life", which received positive reviews from critics, was awarded prizes at international festivals in Transylvania and Valencia, and is still actively touring festivals.
